IC Colt: Certified Fire & Climate Safety Standard for Sub-Saharan Africa

IC Colt (a division of Industrial Corporation Group) is the certified regional partner for Kingspan Light + Air International and Colt International (now a Kingspan Group company), delivering EN-standard fire safety and climate control systems across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Why It Matters

For years, South Africa’s fire safety industry has lacked consistent access to EN-compliant solutions. SANS 10400 Part T is not equivalent to EN 12101 and cannot be certified as such. IC Colt restores access to certified systems with regional accountability, backed by Kingspan Light + Air International.

Building Skills and Jobs

We are investing in people as much as systems:

  • Access to the Kingspan Digital Academy for international fire safety training and certification
  • Establishing a dedicated Fire & Air Training Centre for fire officers and industry professionals
